This is an urgent call to action. As soon as this Thursday, June 19, the Wisconsin State Legislature’s Joint Finance Committee may pass a budget excluding Knowles-Nelson. With Assembly Bill 315 stalling in the legislature, this budget will cause funding for Knowles-Nelson to lapse, impacting crucial conservation work across the state.
