Our New WordPress Site is Live!
In an effort to further our mission, of promoting the safe and effective use of prescribed fire in Wisconsin, we recently migrated our website to the WordPress platform.
This change improves our ability to administer the website and keep our event calendars up to date, as well as offer many new services. We can now enroll members, receive forms, and accept payments online. In the near future, we plan to integrate our listserv into the site. Other services, like online training modules and interactive mapping applications, are also now possible with WordPress and offer great promise for some of our new initiatives.
One new thing you will notice with the new site is the new theme of Learn. Plan. Burn. We hope to use this succinct theme to emphasize all aspects of prescribed fire and highlight the importance of learning and planning before burning. Some website content may be rearranged during our construction. Thank you for your patience.
