This class provides an introduction to the function, maintenance and use of internal combustion engine powered chainsaws and their tactical wildland fire applications.

Prerequisites for this course are S130/S190/L180 and current certification in basic First Aid/CPR or higher (i.e. First Responder or EMT).

Face Masks will be required at all times, social distancing guidelines will be strictly adhered too. Some areas within the facilities may be closed due to Covid such as the cafeteria so plan accordingly.
